Business Hours and Operations  

Your Brand In Print is here to fulfill all of your printing and designing needs 5 days a week Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST and we are closed on ALL HOLIDAYS. If you have questions, comments, or concerns please utilize our Contact Us page or simply send an email to yourbrandinprint@gmail.com, and we will respond at our earliest convenience. All  products are either shipped (USA ONLY, Canada and Virgin Islands Not Included) or are available for pick-up at our Storefront (Michigan Only). We are located at 17380 Livernois Ave, Detroit, Michigan 48221 inside of Rejuvenation Massage. 

Monetary Fulfillment Terms-Payments Made Easy

YBIP accepts all major debit/credit cards, Cash App, Cash (In Person Only), Zelle or you may choose to pay via invoice. 

  • We DO NOT accept deposits at any time for any orders (from any fulfillment term)
  • We DO NOT start work without full payment (from any fulfillment term)

Refund Policy

We believe in being fair with our customers when it comes to returns/refunds, however in some cases we WILL NOT offer a Refund of any kind. Refunds will take 7-10 business days to fulfill, we DO NOT offer SAME DAY REFUNDS. The refund will be processed the same way it way it was originally tendered. (I.e. if the ordered was paid via cash app, then it will be refunded via cash app 7-10 business days of the request)

Eligible Refund Qualifications:

  • Missed Deadline on our behalf
  • Graphic or Design Mistake on our behalf

Un-Eligible Refund Qualifications:

  • Unsighted mistakes on *FINAL PROOF*
  • If the product has been altered or used
  • Failure to submit high quality graphics/photos when ordering (All graphics must be 300 DPI or higher
  • Lost or damaged items via the carrier service (once the product leaves our care, we are NO LONGER in control)
  • Items shipped to the incorrect address due to NOT checking the“use different/same” address option

Please Note: If your case results in a FULL refund, the product(s) MUST be returned to YBIP (you are responsible for the return shipping cost). All refunds are at the discretion of YBIP and can change at any time.

Refund Options

Full Refund: Occurs when NO work has been done (i.e. proof, graphics) missed deadline, or there is a graphic or design mistake on our behalf Shipping and Production Outline

Please Note: All shipping (with the exception of PRONTO shipping) will arrive at the discretion of the mail carrier service. This means your order has until 8pm to reach its destination, after you have received a tracking number, we are no longer responsible.

All YourBrandInPrint products (i.e. Banners, Flyers, and Business Cards, customized chips/water etc.) offer a BASIC design with purchase, if the client opts to use this service there will be NO DESIGN FEE CHARGED.

Graphic Terms and Specifics

We will only accept *HIGH QUALITY GRAPHICS/PHOTOS that are 300DPI or Higher. All Logos must be PNG with a transparent background, IF the graphics are not correct, an additional charge will be invoiced for the correction.

  • We DO NOT edit pictures, or make MAJOR REVISIONS for free, there will be an additional $10 invoiced, per revision. In addition to the invoice the revision will NOT be fulfilled until the invoice has been
    paid.

Basic Design: Photos (1-2), logo, website, social media, solid background and contact info
Basic Revisions: Photo Swap (1-2) or Additional Photos
Minor Revisions:*Spelling/Grammatical Error, Font/Color Change
Major Revisions$$: Layout/Design Change, Editing/Photo shopping Photos

How to Place an Order with Multiple Images 

After you have purchased your order, we ask that you send an email to
ybinprint@gmail.com, with your FIRST and LAST Name or ORDER NUMBER in the Subject Box. Please make sure that the email includes:

  • Any EXTRA pictures/logos you may want to use
  • Any wording written out the exact way you want it to read on your product
  • All colors you would like to use
  • If you have an example of what you want your design to look like, please send over a *detailed explanation* of what changes you would like to be made
  • Each design comes with TWO FREE MINOR REVISIONS (i.e. picture swap, or addition) Revisions such as grammatical/spelling errors, and font/color changes are BASIC REVISIONS. When you send over details for a design please be as thorough as possible, with colors, font, specific pictures and placement.

How to Place an Order via Invoice (This method is for items not listed on website)

We offer an array of products that may Not be listed (i.e. obituaries, event tickets, brochures, rubber bracelets, and more). If you would like to order something that is NOT displayed, please send us an email with your product inquiry, and we will provide you with a quote. If the client decides to order the product, they will be sent a detailed invoice of their order.

What to Expect After an Order is Placed?

Your proof of design will be delivered via the email provided at the time of ordering or invoicing within 72 Business Day Hours if ordered before3pm CST, (if your order is p laced after 3pm CST, it will be forwarded to the next business day). When you receive your proof please check for, GRAMMAR, SPELLING, COLOR MATCHES, and OVERALL DESIGN. Once the FINAL PROOF has been approved, we are no longer responsible for any mistakes, and any adjustments made after the FINAL PROOF will result in additional charge via invoice. There will be NO REFUNDS given for orders produced with unsighted mistakes. Please Note: Not proofing your design thoroughly may also delay your order, if changes are made AFTER the FINAL PROOF.

Communication during the design and proofing process

After your order has been placed, please check the email (spam) at the time of ordering within 72 Business Hours for your proof. If there are any revisions to be made, please respond to the email in a timely fashion, in order to insure that your order is finished on time. We are NOT responsible for a deadline missed due to the act of a prolonged email/communication from the client. There will also be NO REFUNDS given for elongated communication, resulting in a delayed order. Please respond to ALL communication from YBIP in a timely fashion to prevent delays.

Order Que Process: Pass vs Fail

  • If an order is placed on 01.02.19, before 3pm the proof will arrive via email 01.07.19, IF the proof PASSES, then the order will be fulfilled in 7-10 Business Days (excluding holidays) and will be processed with STANDARD SHIPPING (unless an alternate shipping option is used).
  • If an order is placed on 01.02.19, before 3pm the proof will arrive via email 01.07.19, IF the proof FAILS, then the order will be fulfilled in 7-10 Business Days (excluding holidays) AFTER the proof is corrected and results in a PASS it will then be processed with STANDARD SHIPPING (unless an alternate shipping option is used).
  • If an order is placed on 01.02.19, after 3pm the proof will arrive via email 01.08.19, IF the proof PASSES then the order will be fulfilled in 7-10 Business Days (excluding holidays) *and will be processed with STANDARD SHIPPING (unless an alternate option is used)
  • If an order is placed on 01.02.19, after 3pm the proof will arrive via email 01.08.19, IF the proof FAILS, then the order will be fulfilled in 7-10 Business Days (excluding holidays) AFTER the proof is corrected and results in a PASS and will be processed with STANDARD SHIPPING (unless an alternate shipping option is used). 

YBIP Creative Control

If you prefer to give us creative control (freestyle design) over your design we will ONLY adjust MINOR REVISIONS after the proof has been sent, we will NOT change the Graphics or Layout of the design. To avoid receiving an undesired design we suggest that you utilize your own vision and imagination for you brand!

Hashtag Quality

$10 Hashtags: Our $10 hashtags and are made from chloroplast, which is a lower quality product. They will NOT have the same durability, finish, or photo effect as our PVC hashtags. Their edges may also extremely jagged, they are great for birthday parties, weddings, and starter marketing.

Providing your own products

If a client decides to provide their own products for us to print on (shirts, water/Gatorade bottles, chips, candy, etc.) they will be responsible finding a way to get the items to us. If the deadline is missed due to issue with the delivery (client late or not being able to make it) we will NOT be held responsible for the missed deadline. The client MUST get the items on time in order to guarantee that the order will be completed on time. If the order is to be delivered by 12pm on Monday and finished on 12 pm on Friday, but the client delivers the items on Weds we now have until the next business day which is that following Tuesday to
fulfill, unless a rush fee is paid.
